CONEY ISLAND HAMBURGERS 
3 lb. ground beef
Lots of onions
Salt & pepper
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 jar ketchup, reg.
Little water
Chili powder, to taste
Garlic & onion salt to taste
All spice to taste

Fry beef in patties; drain grease. Mix remaining ingredients to make sauce. Pour over hamburgers and simmer for 1-2 hours.
