CORNMEAL PIE 
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. yellow cornmeal
3 sticks butter, melted
3 uncooked pie shells

Mixture 1: Add vanilla to cooled melted butter.

Mixture 2: Combine sugar and cornmeal, then beat in the eggs.

Combine mixture 1 and mixture 2. Mix well. Pour into pie shells and bake at 350 degrees until knife blade comes out clean (about 30 minutes).
