PINEAPPLE RHUBARB CRISP 
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Dash of salt
2 c. water, part juice
3 c. rhubarb
3 c. pineapple

Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour, sugar, nutmeg, and add salt. Add water and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add rhubarb and pineapple. Remove from heat. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Mix 1 cup flour, 3/4 cup oatmeal, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup melted butter, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Combine all ingredients and sprinkle on top, then cook 35-40 minutes in preheated 400 degree oven.
