ONE - DISH PORK CHOPS 
4-6 pork chops
6 med. potatoes, quartered
2 onions
1 bell pepper, sliced (optional)
1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
2-3 carrots, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 env. onion-mushroom soup mix
2 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 13 x 9 inch pan with foil, leaving enough on top to fold and seal.

Place pork chops on bottom and arrange vegetables around sides of casserole. Pour Worcestershire over chops. Sprinkle soup mix over entire dish. Cut 2 tablespoons butter and distribute over contents of dish. Fold and seal the foil. Bake for about 1 hour or until vegetables are tender and pork chops are done.
