BUSY DAY CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. cubed ham or hamburger
1 c. diced potatoes
1 c. diced carrots
1/2 c. canned peas
1/2 c. canned green beans

Brown the meat, then add the potatoes, carrots and water. Cook them until they are tender. Add the peas, beans and enough boiling water to cover them. Stir in 1 tablespoon of flour mixed with a little water. Put this mixture into a large casserole or small cake pan. Top with biscuit dough (cheese may be added) dropped by tablespoons into the ham mixture. Bake the casserole at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until done.
