STRAWBERRY-PINEAPPLE SOUR CREAM JELLO 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 pt. (2 c.) sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix Jello and boiling water until Jello is dissolved. Mix in partially thawed strawberries.

In another bowl mix together pineapple and sour cream.

In a very pretty glass bowl put 1 cup of the strawberry mixture in the bottom as the first layer and chill a little.

Next a layer of sour cream and pineapple, and continue to alternate ending with sour cream.

Decorate the top with fresh whole strawberries. Not only is this beautiful, but it has been my all time favorite Jello recipe.
