|CROCK POT ROAST|
1 piece beef, any size (if bone in, cut meat in pieces to fit all in crock pot)
1 lg. env. Lipton instant onion soup (beefy onion or onion mushroom)
2 c. water
Place all ingredients in crock pot on low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
May put sliced vegetables (potatoes, celery, carrots, etc.) during last hour.
Use juices to make gravy: Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet on medium heat. Stir in 2 tablespoons flour, until smooth. Add 2 cups meat juices, and stir until smooth, thick and bubbly.
