2 slices grated bread (mixed with 1 tsp. cinnamon)
2/3 c. ricotta cheese
3 pkg. sweetener
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cap vanilla
2/3 c. powdered milk add water just enough to stir, about 4 tbsp.
Orange or lemon rind, 1-2 tbsp.
Place bread crumb mixture on bottom of 9 inch pie pan. Beat well other ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour over bread crumb mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 2 lunches.
