CURRIED BAKED CAULIFLOWER 
1 lg. head cauliflower
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese, 1 c.
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. curry powder or to taste
1/4 tsp. dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Break cauliflower into florets. Cook for 10 minutes in salted boiling water. Drain. Stir together soup, cheese, mayo, curry powder. Add cauliflower and mix well. Place in baking dish. Toss bread crumbs in melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake 30 minutes.
