1 c. cooked rice
6 steamed bell pepper with top cut off & cleaned out
1 lb. ground round or ground turkey, browned
2 onions, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
1/2 tbsp. beef bouillon crystals
1/2 tbsp. basil
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3 tbsp. tomato paste
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

Brown meat in non-stick cooking spray. Add all ingredients except rice and cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Mix well. Simmer until vegetables are transparent. Add cheddar and mix. Scoop into the six bell peppers. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of each. Bake in pan filled with 1/2" of water. Cover with foil. Put in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove foil and let brown for 5 to 10 minutes.
