1 c. heavy whipping cream
1 c. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
Beat until smooth and creamy 3 minutes. Will thicken if refrigerated. Can be spread out on pie crust and fresh, frozen or canned fruit put on top. Refrigerate. Can be used as a dip for fresh fruit.
