HAMBURGER AND BACON CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked rice
1 onion
1 stick butter
1 to 2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 bell pepper, cooked
1 can of corn
1 can of tomato sauce
6 to 9 strips of bacon

Saute onion in butter. Place rice, onion, saute mix in 1 1/2 to 2 quart baking dish. Fry beef and drain, put on top of rice. Put pepper on top of hamburger, add corn, top with tomato sauce, lay strips of bacon on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Don't let bacon burn.
