2 pkgs. Stella Dora Anginetti cookies
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
Mix cream cheese and pineapple. Soften cream cheese first so that it mixes easily. Add Cool Whip.
Use sharp knife and cut Anginetti cookie in half. Place heaping full teaspoon of filling on bottom half of cookie. Press cookie top on lightly. Resembles small cream puffs.
