PARTY-SIZE ITALIAN BEEF FOR SANDWICHES 
8-10 lb. roast
2 bay leaves
1 Au Jus Gravy Packet
2 Good Season Italian Dressing Packets
Salt and pepper
3 c. cooking broth
Submarine buns

Cook 8-10 pound roast, until well done with 2 bay leaves and water. Mix Italian Good Seasons salad mix per package directions.

Add gravy packet to 3 cups cooking broth at a boil per directions. To broth add mixed salad dressing. Check taste - salt and pepper if needed. Tear up beef roast and add to juice. Simmer until tender. Serve on sub or hoagie rolls with pepperoncinis.
