1 chocolate Devils food cake mix
1 box fluffy white frosting mix
1 jar maraschino cherries
1 box peppermint sticks (24 sticks)
Bake cake in layers as directed on package. Cool cake completely. Frost cake with fluffy white frosting. On sides of cake press striped peppermint sticks at angles into icing all around cake. Set a maraschino cherry at end of each stick. If you like, cross two candy sticks on top of cake for drumsticks.
