HAM, EGG & CHEESE CASSEROLE 
6 slices bread, 1" pieces
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. ham chunks
8 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. salt
4 c. milk

In 9"x13" pan, break up 6 slices bread in about 1" pieces. Arrange in bottom of pan. Sprinkle grated or shredded cheese over bread, next sprinkle bite size pieces of ham. In bowl beat 8 eggs, 2 tablespoons prepared mustard, 2 teaspoons salt and 4 cups milk. Pour over ingredients in pan. Let set overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered. Serves 12.
