BROWNIE FUDGE CAKE 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 (3 1/2 oz.) box chocolate pudding mix
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
3 eggs
3 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and dust with cocoa, two 9-inch pans. Put all ingredients into a large mixer bowl. Beat on low for 2 minutes. Increase speed to medium, beating until smooth and fluffy about 4 minutes. Pour into prepared pans. Bake 40-45 minutes. Cool and remove from pans.
