BAKED LAMB CHOPS 
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
3 tbsp. bottled chili sauce
1 tbsp. water
1 1/2 tsp. flour
Salt and pepper
4-6 lamb chops

In a 7 inch skillet melt butter. Add onion, mushrooms and chili sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add flour and water. Stir. Salt and pepper chops and place in a 12 inch baking dish. Pour sauce over chops and bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serves 4-6.
