VIENNESE CRESCENT COOKIES 
Combine the following 1 cup ground pecans, 1 cup butter (must be butter), 3/4 cup sugar, 2 1/2 cups flour and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Knead to a smooth dough and shape about 1 heaping teaspoon of dough at a time into a crescent shape.

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees until slightly browned, about 15 to 17 minutes. Cool 1 minute. While warm, roll cookie in confectioners' sugar and cool completely.

A yummy and "pretty" cookie.
