PINEAPPLE CAKE AND TOPPING 
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
2 c. sugar

Mix all the ingredients well. Fold in 1 (#2) can crushed pineapple and all. Grease and flour pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes in large cookie sheet.

TOPPING:

4 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. brown sugar

Cream well. Spoon over cake right out of the oven.
