PASTA SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. wide noodles (Light 'n Fluffy brand best)
1 lg. can black olives, sliced
1 med. purple onion, chopped
1 to 2 carrots, shredded or grated
1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimentos
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, crisp-fried and crumbled
1 to 2 c. Ranch dressing (Marzetti's or Hidden Valley)

Cook noodles; drain and cool. Stir in other ingredients. Add dressing to moisten and toss well coat. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill.
