ITALIAN GINETTE 
6 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, melted & cooled
1/2 c. Sego milk
1 or 2 tbsp. vanilla
6 tsp. baking powder
5 c. flour, or more, if needed

Beat eggs, add sugar and butter, mixing with spoon. Add milk and vanilla, baking powder and flour. Stir and make soft dough. Make into cookies. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 stick soft butter
Sego milk
Almond, vanilla or lemon extract (opt.)
