SWEDISH MEATLESS BALLS 
2 c. mild Colby Longhorn cheese, grated
3/4 c. pecan meal
4 eggs
1 onion, chopped fine
1 tsp. salt
1 c. soda cracker crumbs
2 pkg. George Washington seasoning
2 c. water

Mix all ingredients except last two. Make into balls. Fry in oil until brown on all sides. Make sure oil is rather deep in pan. Put into baking pan and make broth of seasoning and water. Pour over meatballs and bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees, or use electric skillet. Makes about 18.
