SPANISH WEDDING COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. confectionery sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

Cream butter, sugar, vanilla and salt until fluffy. Stir in 2 cups flour until well blended.

Chill 30 minutes or until firm enough to handle. Shape into small, almost bite size cookies (round balls). Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees. Bake until light golden brown, 9 to 10 minutes. While still warm roll in confectionery sugar once or twice.
