BEEF TIPS & NOODLES 
2 lbs. stew meat (very lean)
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped bell pepper
2 or 3 carrots, cut into 1/2" slices
Water
Salt & pepper to taste
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
A few dashes Tabasco
Noodles

Brown stew meat lightly on all sides. Put meat in pot and only add enough water to barely cover. Add tomato sauce, spices and all vegetables. Let come to a boil. Cover pot and simmer until meat is very tender. Cook noodles and serve beef tips over them.
