SCRAMBLED EGG AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
2 c. milk
6 slices cubed bread
1 tsp. salt
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. mustard
6 eggs, beaten
Minced onions, optional

Mix together in big bowl. Pour into 9x13 pan and refrigerate overnight. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees, then 15 more minutes at 300 degrees.
