SUET PUDDING 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. ground suet
1 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
Salt to taste
Spice to taste
1 c. or more raisins

SAUCE FOR PUDDING:

2 c. water
1 c. sugar (brown)
1 tbsp. butter
1 or 2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix brown sugar, suet, sour milk with soda in it, salt and spices, raisins and flour together.

For sauce, mix sugar and flour together. Add to hot water and butter. Stir until thickened. Steam pudding 3 hours and serve sauce over it.
