SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg

Mix ingredients and shape into twenty 1 1/2 inch balls. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE:

1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (13 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 sm. green pepper, coarsely chopped

Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in skillet. Stir in pineapple with syrup. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; reduce heat. Add meatballs. Cover; simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Stir in green pepper. Cover, simmer until crisp-tender, 5 minutes. 4 servings.
