ITALIAN WINE BISCUITS 
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 c. oil
1 c. wine

In large bowl mix sugar, salt, flour, baking powder. Make a well then add oil and wine. Mix together to form dough (it will be oily). Roll out 2 inch strips and twist into biscuit shape. Brush egg wash and bake in 375 degree oven until golden 10 to 15 minutes. Yield 3 to 4 dozen.
