1 rib roast
Au jus (prepare as directed on packet)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sprinkle roast with the above seasonings. Roast, fat side up for 1 hour. NEVER, NEVER OPEN OVEN! THIS IS IMPORTANT! Turn oven off (leaving the roast in the oven). Wait 3 hours. Turn oven to 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and slice.
Roast should be medium rare - medium. Have a boiling pot of au jus on the stove and cook each steak to desired doneness.
