7 - UP APPLESAUCE SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. raspberry Jello
2 c. hot applesauce
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
Juice and grated rind of 2 sm. oranges
1 (10 oz.) bottle 7-Up

Dissolve Jello in applesauce. Add pineapple, juice, and rind from oranges and 7-Up. Pour into 8 x 8 inch pan. Chill until set and serve.
