1 box yellow cake mix
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. box orange Jello
8 oz. sour cream
1 med. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. sugar
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. frozen coconut
Beat for 3 minutes. Pour in greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; cool. Punch holes in cake.
Mix together filling ingredients and save 1 cup for frosting. Spread remaining on layers.
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. reserved filling
Mix together and spread over cake.
