In heavy 2 quart saucepan, melt chocolate bars over low heat, stirring often; cool to room temperature. Fold in dessert topping (mixture will thicken). Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Form into 1 inch balls or crescent shapes. Roll in crumbs. Chill thoroughly.
Microwave instructions: Break chocolate bars into 1 inch squares in a 2 quart microwave casserole. Cook on high for 2 1/2 minutes, stirring once. Stir until smooth. Continue as directed above. Elegant, delicious, and ever-so-simple to make.
