CORN FRITTERS 
1 can whole kernel corn, well drained
3 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Place all ingredients in order listed in bowl. Beat with spoon until foamy in appearance about 1 minute. Have frying pan hot. Use fat enough to prevent sticking. Drop mixture into pan by spoonfuls and fry until golden brown. Serve at once with butter and syrup.
