Unsliced loaf sandwich bread
3/4 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 egg whites
3/4 lb. butter
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt

Remove crust from bread and cut into 1 1/4 inch slices, then into fourths, or into 1 inch cubes. In top of double boiler, melt the butter and cheese, stir until melted. Blend in Worcestershire sauce, mustard and salt. With electric mixer, beat in egg whites. Remove pan from heat, dip bread cubes into mixture, place on cookie sheet and freeze. After the cubes are frozen, store in an air - tight bag. When ready to serve, bake on cookie sheet in 325 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve at once. Makes 2 dozen.
