TURKEY CUTLET PARMIGIANA 
1 pkg. turkey cutlets
3 eggs, beaten (may sub. egg beaters)
Italian flavored bread crumbs
Olive oil
Mozzarella cheese
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder

Sprinkle cutlets lightly with black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Dredge cutlets in bread crumbs, then dip in eggs.

Fry in very hot olive oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Place cutlets in baking dish, put small amount spaghetti sauce on cutlets and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven approximately 15 minutes. Serve with salad and garlic bread.
