3 lbs. or 12 c. cranberries
6 c. sugar
3 c. water
1 fifth 190 proof Everclear
First day: Crush berries and let stand 24 hours at room temperature. (Frozen berries crush easier in blender.)
Second day: Add Everclear to crushed berries and let stand 24 hours at room temperature. Boil 6 cups sugar and 3 cups water for 5 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate.
