JAMAICAN STEAK 
1/3 c. fresh lime juice (about 3 limes)
1 tsp. grated lime peel
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced (or bottled)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. top round or sirloin steak

In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients except steak. Score steak across top or pierce top of steak with fork. Place in shallow glass baking dish and pour lime juice mixture over steak; coat both sides. Refrigerate 6-8 hours, turning occasionally.

Grill steak 5 or 6 minutes on each side or until desired doneness, while continuing to baste with lime juice marinade.
