CHINESE VEGETABLES WITH BEEF 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger or cube steak
3 pkgs. Bird's Eye stir-fry vegetables
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. onion salt
6 tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 c. soy sauce

Brown beef. Drain and set aside. Heat a large skillet until a drop of water beads up. Add vegetables; pour cooking oil over vegetables. Stir to coat. Heat for 3 minutes. stir once to prevent sticking. Add season packs (this comes with vegetables). Stir to coat with seasonings. Cover, reduce heat to simmer, and cook for 10 minutes. Add meat, seasoned salt, onion salt, and soy sauce. Stir to mix all ingredients. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
