TINY CREAM CHEESE TARTS 
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. melted shortening
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
Canned fruit pie filling

Mix graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar and shortening. Place midget cupcake papers in the small size muffin tins. Press 1 tablespoon crumb mixture into each paper. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and egg until creamy. Put 1 tablespoon of this mixture over the crumbs in each paper cup. Bake 10 minutes in 350 degree oven. When done top with cherry or other fruit pie filling, removing some of the juice. Yields 24.
