CHICKEN A LA ORANGE 
12 pieces chicken, patted dry
3 tbsp. flour
3 tsp. curry powder
Salt and pepper to taste

SAUCE:

2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. orange marmalade
1/2 c. orange juice

Place flour, curry powder, salt and pepper in paper bag and shake each piece of chicken in this mixture. Place chicken in shallow baking dish.

Add 2 teaspoons curry powder to 1 cup of orange marmalade and stir in 1/2 cup orange juice. Stir to mix well. Pour over chicken. Bake in 325 degree oven for about 1 1/2 hours. Serve with rice. Serves 6.
