8 oz. fresh or frozen shelled lg. shrimp
2 sm. summer squash or zucchini
2 sm. onions, quartered
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. dried dillweed
1/4 tsp. paprika
3/4 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1" cubes
Cherry tomatoes

Thaw shrimp, if frozen. Set aside. Diagonally cut summer squash into 1 inch slices.

In a saucepan cook squash and onions in a small amount of boiling water about 1 minute or until almost tender. Drain.

For sauce combine lemon juice, oil, dillweed, paprika and 1/4 teaspoon salt. On 4 long skewers, alternately thread shrimp, beef, squash and onion, leaving about 1/4 inch of space between foods. Brush with sauce. Grill on an uncovered grill directly over medium-hot coals for 10-12 minutes. Garnish with tomatoes. Makes 4 servings. 242 calories per serving.
