CANDY APPLE SALAD 
4 apples, 2 Golden Delicious and 2 Mcintosh
1 c. unsalted dry roasted nuts
8 oz. Cool Whip
10 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. flour

Cut up apples and pour can of pineapple on top. Add nuts.

In separate bowl, mix egg, sugar, flour and vinegar. Fold in Cool Whip.

Drain juice off apples. Add to Cool Whip mixture. Refrigerate for several hours and serve.
