GRILLED CORN - ON - THE - COB 
6 ears fresh corn, shucked, cleaned, washed
6 damp paper towels
6 towel-sized sheets of aluminum foil

Place on towel on each piece of foil. Place one ear on a towel. Shake on salt and several pats of butter. Wrap wet towels around corn, then fold and seal aluminum.

Place ears on back of grill. Turn several times during cooking. Put on grill approximately 20 minutes before beginning to cook meat.
