THE NIGHT BEFORE CASSEROLE 
1 3/4 c. uncooked macaroni
2 c. chicken, turkey, tuna or ham
2 cans mushroom or celery soup
1 c. cheese, diced (Velveeta)
3 hard cooked eggs
2 c. milk
Green pepper and pimento (for color)

Combine all ingredients and put into a casserole. Let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
