SCALLOPED POTATOES WITH HAM AND CHEESE 
2 lb. red potatoes
2 tsp. butter
1-1/2 cups shredded reduced-fat swiss cheese
2 tbsp. grated romano cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1-1/2 cups diced left over ham
1-1/2 cups 1% milk

Slice potatoes (peeled or not) make sure to slice them thin. Spray a 13x9 casserole pan with cooking spray. Layer some of the potatoes on bottom of pan. Follow with some onions and ham, top with some cheese. Repeat layers. Dot with butter, add milk, cover with foil.

Bake at 375F for about 1 hour, or until bubbly.
