MIRLITON CASSEROLE 
9 to 10 med. mirlitons
1 lb. sm. shrimp
1 lb. crabmeat
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
Paprika
Salt
Pepper
Bread crumbs
3 med. onions, chopped
2 pods garlic, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped

Boil mirlitons, cook and peel. Saute mirliton meat, chopped peppers, onions, celery, garlic and shrimp on top of stove for 20 minutes. Add to crabmeat mixed with parsley, bread crumbs and paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly. Serve immediately.
