COCKTAIL MEATBALLS MICROWAVE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sprig fresh parsley
Salt
1 slice fresh bread
1 egg
Pepper

Dry fresh parsley well, break bread slices and put with parsley in blender, grated well. Mix all together. Form into small balls the size of walnuts. Cook 4 to 5 minutes until pink is gone. On the highest setting.

SAUCE FOR MEATBALLS:

1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. red pepper
2 tbsp. diced celery
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. pickle relish
2 lbs. diced onion

Combine meatballs and sauce. Microwave on high for 10 minutes.
