STRAWBERRY GLAZED BANANAS 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries
2 tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. water, divided
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. red food coloring
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 lb. bananas

Combine strawberries, sugar, and 1/3 cup water in a saucepan. Heat until boiling. Dissolve cornstarch in remaining 1/3 cup water and add to strawberry mixture. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes, stirring. Remove from heat, and add food coloring and lemon juice. Peel and slice bananas. Add to sauce. Serve at room temperature.
