SAUERKRAUT AND COUNTRY SPARE RIBS 
1 or 2 pkg. (or cans) sauerkraut (depending on family size)
3 lb. country spare ribs or several pork chops

Put in Dutch oven or roasting pan with two cups of water and bake at 250 degrees for about five hours, covered. Serve with mashed potatoes and applesauce. Great!!!!!
